Why The Heron
The Heron has been a labor of love and a cornerstone of our story for many years. To celebrate our marriage, we can think of nothing better than gathering people from every chapter of our lives to experience it together. Our hope is to spend the weekend as one joyful, music-soaked community—making lifelong memories while widening the circle of those who know, love, and sustain the Heron legacy.

Instead of ballrooms and boutonnières, we’re inviting you to our favorite music festival!
It’s a big commitment logistically, financially, and physically. We totally understand if that’s too much for you right now.
If you’re intrigued and have the means, we encourage you to try it. It may deliver more magic to your life than expected (as it has for us).
If you can’t make it, we still love you (and know you love us, too). No pressure.
